In November 2021 Bill Foley, DO presented to a group of 30+ Spanish, French, and American osteopaths in Barcelona, Spain. Dr. Foley taught a 3 day course focusing on the osteopathic approach to the nervous system including the art of perceiving the central nervous system, the dural sacs, and neuropathology. Also, lectures on the treatment of the cranial membranes, notochordal midline, segmentation and sacral plexus were presented. The conference was in association with CODI – Centre d’Osteopatia d’Infants, Barcelona, Spain.
