Dr. Foley was asked to table train at the American Academy of Osteopathy’s Pre-Convocation course titled “The Pediatric Head” at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO on March 3-5, 2024. This course, taught by Jane Carreiro DO, was filled to capacity with osteopathic physicians from all over the US and over seas. The course took an in depth view of cranial embryology and pediatric anatomy to give the practitioner a more accurate and holistic view of the pediatric head, as well as hands on ways to treat it with manual osteopathy. The mission of the American Academy of Osteopathy is to teach, advocate and research the science, art and philosophy of osteopathic medicine, emphasizing the integration of osteopathic principles, practice and manipulative treatment in patient care.
